Self-storage is an easy and affordable way to store personal or business items in a secure and clean environment. What are the lease terms? Our leases are designed to fit your needs, whether you need a unit for three months, a year, longer or month to month. We will work with you to provide the terms that fit your circumstances. What are the hours of operation? Most of our sites have 24 hour gate access. You will be provided a security code once you have signed your lease. Call to make an appointment if you need to meet with a manager What hours can a unit be rented? Come in during office hours to complete and sign the rental paperwork. Do you pro-rate rent? No How do I pay for my unit? Payments should be made monthly. You can drop them off; mail them in, pay online or by credit card. A late fee of $10.00 will be added at 5 days late and $5.00 at 15 days late. Do you offer insurance? Yes, we offer insurance for your storage unit. Your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance may cover the unit as well. Can I store vehicles? YES!!! We a have a variety of vehicle storage options including indoor RV Storage How do I reserve a unit? Call to reserve you unit today! What do I need to rent a unit? You will need a Driver’s License or a Government issued photo ID and payment for the first month’s rent. We accept most major credit cards, checks, cash, or money orders. When can I move in? You can move in immediately after you have completed all of the paperwork and paid for the unit. Are there any prohibited items? Yes, for your and others’ safety the following items are prohibited: flammables, corrosives, explosives, poisons, toxic waste, animals, and contraband.
